We focus on providing immigration services in the following areas:
Naturalization and citizenship
Lawful permanent residency (Green Cards)
Family-based applications and visas
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) matters.
Free English Language Development Classes (more info here).
In addition, we have staff that can help you navigate through various logistics in the Bay Area such as health and education systems as well as refer you to our community partners that provide English as a Second Language (ESL) classes or food pantry support.
Community Hub Partnership at Hayward Library
The Community Hub is a full-service, one-stop resource center for Hayward Library patrons to access City of Hayward and community partner services in areas including health and wellness, education, employment, food insecurity and legal aid. We are honored to be a partner in this wonderful network. Come visit us at the downtown Hayward Library for walk-in consultations and community engagement twice a month.

Fees
Consultation Fee: $30
Additional service fees and USCIS fees will be determined after your initial consultation and based on which immigration application we pursue. Reduced fees and waived fees are also possible based on each person’s income level.
