Immigrant Hope partners with the Hayward Public Library twice a year to offer a free citizenship workshop to the community.  At these workshops, we meet with applicants one-on-one to help them finalize and submit their citizenship applications.  Through this ministry, Immigrant Hope helps approximately 60 people per year become U.S. citizenships!  Our next workshop is at the library on November 14, 2026 from 10:30am-2:30pm. 

We are seeking volunteers to help us meet with applicants and help them prepare their applications.  If you are interested in learning about our ministry, this is an excellent way to become involved.  At this volunteer training, we will provide an overview of Immigrant Hope, the citizenship process and help prepare for the November 14 event. It will be designed for new volunteers or return volunteers who would like a refresher course.
